Jubilant EEP program is a platform made and managed by GRK. This platform was made for helping Jubilant to organize and manage events. The events are related to both CSR activities and social activities. This platform gives Jubilant the opportunity to create and manage the events where employees can easily register themselves in events of their interests. Also, the guests are allowed to participate in events if given permission.
Challenges faced by Jubilant
- They want employees to become active in organizational and social events.
- They want events to be organized easily and employees will be able to participate in them with ease.
- They want guest (non-employees) to participate in their events.
- They want to keep a record of evets happened.
- They want to show the analytics of events graphically.
- By organizing events in different areas of interests, the organization becomes a great place to work.
Scope of Platform
- Creating an environment for businesses so that they can easily manage the Event Activities of their organization.
- Making a Platform/Application so that employees and guests can come forward to take part in different events of their interests.
- Making the employee of the organization more active in extra-curricular, cultural and social events.
- Making a responsive and dynamic environment where the organization can overview & manage their events in an effective manner.
- Employees and Guests should be able to see and register for an event which is going to happen and also get certificates for the events they have participated in.
Solution by us
The solution our EEP platform provides includes creating and managing the events, Registration and Log in functionalities for employees and guests, downloading certificate of participation provided by management, reviewing of events and their reports and different data analytics related to events.
